Leaving for Las Palmas

My new way of adding pictures to the site doesn't seem to work so I will go back to the old way... I will need a couple of days however...

In the mean time, we have been in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria for a few days. Our stay in Fuerto Ventura was very nice and the marina is very comfortable. Although there is little touristique interest in the village of Gran Tarajal, it is still very charming. We decdied not to rent a car  and only stick to walking around the same city. We got accainted with a couple on a boat called Anna-Pournâ devi (Indian godess of abondance). Pierre (french) and Candide (Portugese) told us so many interesting stories that we decided that our next stop should be Senegal.

So we are now in Las Palmas preparing our trip to the African coast. We beleive that we have for about a week's worth of work to do. We don't thing provisioning will be an issue around here... the city is hudge!
