A whale came up behind just right next to our fishing lines. I asked Gaston immediatly to bring the lines in. We dissaproved wanting our first fish to be this whale. I reminded him that the boat was a bit small and that we would be making filets for weeks. The lines came back up and we ate pasta for dinner. (This is a joke by the way. Gaston didn't really want to catch the whale)
So we still have a wind coming for SSW but it has died down to about 10 knots. Heading is 112 Degres and speed is 5,5 knots. We are 975 nautical miles away from the Azores. The water is much deeper here and it is a superbe blue color. When night falls and the only light is the moon, it feels surreel. Like we were in a movie.
