The first morning on the Atlantic

In one small instant this morning it all became worth it. The 36 hours of navigation from Riviere au Renards to Port Hodd, Cape Breton mostly on engin and sometimes in fog, the race to get port Hawksburry to load up on diesel, porpane and food and the first night off the coast in fog and no wind. All the racing to get here was rewarded the minute I heard Gaston screan: "Lizanne! Dolphins!. I was out of be in a split second to go see the two adults and to small dolphins who came to play around the boat. They are just so beautiful!
The fog has lifted somewhat and we now have wind. We are heading south with a SE wind of about 10knots. The wind is coming from our port side and we are moving at 5 knots. There is about 50 miles between us and the coast now. Other than the dolphins, we saw between Riviere aux Renards and Port Hood a shark who came very slowly with 100 feet of the boat (insert Jaws theme here). We also saw differents bird, a whale and some seals. I'd have to look up the names for each later since I only know them in French and I don't have an Internet connexion.
I was asked a question about our heading that I will anwser next time since this meassge is long enough to transmit with a HF radio.
